What form of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.

 

Do you accept orders through the phone?

Sorry, but for the security of our customers we don't take orders over the phone.

 

Do you keep a record of my credit card information?

No, all transactions go through a trusted and secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. 

 

How long does shipping take?

For jewelry and items manufactured in the US, production time takes about 4-5 business days. Then shipping to any US address takes about 4-7 business days. Canada and Europe: 5-10 business days. The rest of the world: 8-15 days. Digital downloads are accessible immediately right after payment.

 

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

So long as you get in touch with us within 24 hours, then you can make changes. Otherwise, after 24 hours has passed, your orders are considered final and no changes can be made.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated when you provide your delivery address during checkout. We do have promos that get you free shipping and this will be prominently displayed on the product page.
